About Sue Hebison

Sue Hebison has been active in the Treasure Valley dance community for over twenty years. She has choreographed, taught and performed with award-winning dance teams both in a competition and exhibition setting. She has participated in workshops throughout the North West (including Salt Lake City, Reno and Portland) both as an instructor and as a student.

She currently teaches weekly classes in Boise, Meridian and Caldwell and on a monthly basis at the Buffalo Club in Boise. She is director and instructor for the "In-Line Dancers" performing team and currently serves as Line/Pattern Dance Director and Advisor on the Idaho Country Western Dance Association Board of Directors.

Her past experience includes teaching annually at the City of Nampa Community Fun Night. She was annually commissioned by the Snake River Stampede Board to choreograph and teach a line dance to Miss Rodeo Idaho contestants who performed the routines throughout the Treasure Valley during Stampede Week. She recently instructed for the Annual City Mayors of Idaho convention. She regularly instructed for the Hewlett Packard International Conference as well as other HP corporate events.

One of her proudest achievements was teaching dance lessons to the Boise State University Broncos football coaching staff and their families at an event sponsored by Coach Chris and Barbara Peterson. Being such a loyal BSU fan it was a thrilling evening.

She has instructed at the Treasure Valley Singles Club, High Desert Swing Club and USA Dance Club. She has provided lessons at church functions, weddings, individual and group settings as well as numerous nightclubs throughout the area including the 127 Club where she taught on an on-going basis from 1990-2005.

She shares her love of dance and shows her appreciation to the community by regularly performing with her dance team at retirement centers and other venues throughout the Treasure Valley on a volunteer basis. The team performs annually at the St Luke's Women's Show held every September at the Boise Center On The Grove.

She believes strongly in keeping the FUN in teaching the FUNdamentals of dancing.
